Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates (Canada and continental USA)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for all orders to Canada and USA. The rates are based on the following the following flat rates:

Canada: $18.00 (plus applicable taxes) for expedited parcel via Canada Post (4 day delivery)

Continental USA: $18.00 (plus applicable taxes) for US Postal Service tracked package (estimated 4 day delivery)

Delivery delays outside of the control of Embla Nordic Inspirations Ltd. will occasionally occur. We will do our best to communicate any known delays to you.

Hygge Home Collection and Nordic Vintage Collection

Given the nature of home décor and vintage items, specialty shipping practices may apply. Within 24 hours of placing your order you will receive an estimate of cost and delivery time for any shipments to Canada and USA for items from the Hygge Home Collection and Nordic Vintage Collection in order to finalize your order.

Delivery delays outside of the control of Embla Nordic Inspirations Ltd. will occasionally occur. We will do our best to communicate any known delays to you.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Embla Nordic Inspirations Ltd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order, except as required to be charged upon checkout. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Embla Nordic Inspirations Ltd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Embla Nordic Inspirations Ltd. currently ships to only a limited number of international destinations. Please enquire at embla@emblanordic.com to confirm that we ship to your location.

You will receive an estimate of cost and delivery time for any shipments to locations outside of Canada or the continental USA.
